Not only was Jack extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions, he was friendly too. I needed two tyres replacing and he offered them at a good price. Absolutely fantastic from the start to finish!Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Jack was great and did everything possible to help me get back on the road as soon as possible. Having driven over a discarded vape on the motorway and popping my tyre at 2.30am on the way to take my 1 year old daughter to hospital, I contacted the AA who stated that their wait time was going to be long and recommended I use Tyre Expert instead. I rang his number and he picked up straight away and without hesitation collected my details to check he had my tyre in stock and came straight out to sort my car so that I could continue on my journey. Reassured me that my tyre would be sorted ASAP and kept me updated on his arrival time so I knew exactly when to expect him.Thank you again for answering my panicked 2am phone call & helping me carry on my journey! Will definitely be recommending to all family and friends!

We had a flat tyre this evening that was irreparable, Jack was here in twenty minutes of a call. Super friendly, knows his stuff and got the tyre changed and rebalanced in good time for us to still make our evening plans. Also with a good price. My Partner hit a curb too hard on a driving lesson upon New Years. He came as soon as he finished his current job. He let me know how long he’d be, gave me reg’ updates all upon late notice and had so much patience with great attitude! He still had another job 30 miles away after us too as it got dark! Excellent service. Went above and beyond (checked and inflated all my tyres not just the one he changed). Quick response time out of hours, reasonable price and very skilled and knowledgable, very friendly and personable. Spent time talking through what he was doing and why and made me feel reassured and safe to get back on the road. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Jack was the Single most friendly, professional and honest person I've ever met. After we went over the mother of all pot holes (pictures included) Jack was with us in good time and fixed the issues evening making sure to talk us through all the steps so we understood what he was doing. Thank you Tyre Expert. Jack didn't hesitate travelling in the early hours of the morning in stormy weather to fit a new tyre to my commercial van when the tyre had had blown and split.
